This is a bit late but last weekend Andrew took Addie to Phoenix to visit his sisters and nephew. Andrew was jealous of all the trips I had taken Addie on and he wanted to take her somewhere. I had no complaints and encouraged him to book a trip as soon as possible. I thoroughly enjoyed time to myself, I haven't had that since before Addie was born.
Andrew and Addie had a lot of fun going to the park, going to the mall, eating yummy food, and just hanging out with family. Katie has a dog that scared Addie in the beginning, but by the end of the trip Addie wamed up to him. Addie especially loved having easy access to the backyard via the doggie door.

I don't know why I haven't seen your blog before. But I found the link from Steph's site. I can't believe how big Addie is. She is so cute! Hope you guys are doing well!
I am glad you enjoyed your free time and I am sure that Addie and her dad had fun too!
I love the picture of Addie heading through the doggie door. How funny! I am glad they had such a good time and you getting a little alone time is nice. I never used to want to be by myself and now I need it every once and a while.
