Golden Birthday

This year Addie turned 6 on November 6th, making it her golden birthday.  I wanted to do a gold party, but quickly learned that is not so exciting for a six year old and there is not a whole lot of gold stuff out there in way of party supplies.  Instead we found out a few weeks before her birthday that there would be no school on her actual birthday, so what better way to celebrate then with a pajama and pancakes party!  We had a good time with eight of her friends and were sad for those who couldn't make it.  We had breakfast, a donut eating contest, pancake relay, and a pinata!  Addie looked forward to her birthday for so long and loved every minute of it!

Halloween

We went trick or treating on Halloween with some of our friends.  We walked down and up one street filling the girls' buckets with candy!  The girls were all tuckered out after that so we headed home to count and organize the candy.

Trunk or Treat

Our ward had a trunk or treat the night before Halloween, so that meant double the candy this year!

Halloween Party

Our friends hosted a fun Halloween party this year.  The weather was perfect and the girls were so excited to dress up in their costumes, finally!  Addie was a princess and Izze was a witch fairy.  There was so much yummy food, fun games, and prizes.

Play School

Since Addie has started school she loves to come home and hold her own school for her dolls.  It keeps her busy for hours and it is so fun to listen in on what she is teaching them.

Kindergarten

Addie is officially in kindergarten at Wallin Elementary!  She is so excited to be a Wallin Wildcat.  After we dropped her off yesterday, Izze said "we forgot Addie".  It was so cute and funny.  Izze asks a few times each morning where Addie is and when is she coming home.
