Hiking the Red Rocks, Part II

Since the weather was to be nice on Saturday we ventured to Zion's National Park to go on a hike. We did not realize the park would be covered in snow still. We started on a hike but turned around since it was snowpacked and where the snow had melted it was muddy. We did find an easy trail where there was only snow in a few spots. The weather was very nice with blue skies and even with the snow it was still warm in the sunshine. We let Addie walk at the very end of the hike and she had so much fun stomping in the snow and mud. She has no sense of direction though, she just walks in circles. As we tried to direct her to the car by holding her hand she would just fall to her knees until we let go and she was able to roam free.

It looks so beautiful, I'm glad you were able to get out and enjoy the day! I loved hiking when we lived in Utah.

I'm glad you got to go this time! Didn't anybody ever tell Andrew that you're not supposed to wear shorts in the snow?
